ovviamente si compilano inserendoci nome e cognome&lt;br /&gt;del soggetto che vuole usufruire della detrazione.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Dati di nascita, sesso, comune di nascita e provincia&lt;/span&gt; ovviamente si compilano&lt;br /&gt;inserendoci i dati anagrafici del soggetto che vuole usufruire della detrazione&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Codice fiscale del Condominio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;non dovrà essere compilato se la persona &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;è proprietaria esclusiva, del fabbricato su cui si eseguono le opere&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt; Codice fiscale soggetti art.5 del tuir&lt;/span&gt; non dovrà essere compilato&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Proprietà privata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;POSSESSORE, si barra con una crocetta se si è PROPRIETARI&lt;br /&gt;DETENTORE, si barra con una crocetta nel caso siamo in AFFITTO o ALTRO TITOLO&lt;br /&gt;CONTITOLARE, si barra con una crocetta nel caso siamo sì proprietari, ma con altri&lt;br /&gt;proprietari indivisi.&lt;br /&gt;Esempio 1: ANNA E MARCO PROPRIETARI PER 1/2 CIASCUNO&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;IL MODELLO LO COMPILA SOLO ANNA E BARRA LA CROCETTA&lt;br /&gt;CONTITOLARE. A QUESTO PUNTO MARCO AVRA' SEMPRE&lt;br /&gt;LA DETRAZIONE, MA SI DOVRA' RICORDARE DI FAR INSERIRE AL&lt;br /&gt;RAGIONIERE AL MOMENTO DELLA DENUNCIA DEI REDDITI IL CODICE&lt;br /&gt;FISCALE DI ANNA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esempio 2: ANNA E MARCO PROPRIETARI PER 1/2 CIASCUNO (stessa situazione)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;IL MODELLO LO COMPILA ANNA E BARRA LA CROCETTA POSSESSORE&lt;br /&gt;MARCO COMPILA UN ALTRO MODELLO E BARRA ANCH'ESSO LA&lt;br /&gt;CASELLA POSSESSORE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;- Proprietà Comune&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;AMMINISTRATORE&lt;/span&gt;, si barra nel caso di lavori su condominio, e tale casella sarà barrata&lt;br /&gt;nel qual caso è l'amministratore soltanto ad inviare il modello&lt;br /&gt;CONDOMINO, si barra nel caso di lavori su condominio, e tale casella sarà barrata qualora&lt;br /&gt;non sussiste amministratore di condominio, o comunque qualora il condomino vuole aderire&lt;br /&gt;personalmente,&lt;br /&gt;DA RICORDARE SU AMBEDUE IPOTESI di proprieta comune, DI COMPILARE IL&lt;br /&gt;CODICE FISCALE DEL term='PROROGA'/><title type='text'>SCADENZA ACCATASTAMENTI</title><content type='html'>Da quanto si può apprendere dall'agenzia delle entrate e&lt;br /&gt;dai Comuni, il risultato delle scadenze per quanto concerne&lt;br /&gt;l'accatastamento dei fabbricati è il seguente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;28 luglio 2008&lt;/strong&gt; sia per i fabbricati non dichiarati sia per quelli&lt;br /&gt;che hanno perso i requisiti di ruralità ed il soggetto proprietario&lt;br /&gt;non risulta coltivatore diretto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In via ufficiosa, il risultato della scadenza non è proprio così,&lt;br /&gt;in altri termini il Comune dovrebbe al termine di detta scadenza&lt;br /&gt;inviare una missiva con la quale impone in giorni trenta&lt;br /&gt;di regolarizzare il tutto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sempre in via ufficiosa il Catasto dice che il 28 luglio è una scadenza&lt;br /&gt;fittizia in quanto basta che il soggetto proprietario si attivi&lt;br /&gt;all'accatastamento.&lt;br /&gt;Cosa vuol dire????  vuol semplicemente dire, anche nel caso che si&lt;br /&gt;producesse l'accatastamento in data successiva andrebbe bene uguale&lt;br /&gt;l'importante è definirlo.&lt;br D'altro canto a meno di un recupero/restauro dove le murature sono senz'altro di spessore meggiore, la nostra nuova casa normalmtente è in bozza termica di spessore 30 cm. Finalmtente possiamo realizzare una muratura veramente soddisfacente da un punto di vista termico e di spreco di energia avendo un bonus volume. Tale bonus riguarderà sia le pareti oltre i 30 cm di spessore sia i solai ai fini esclusivi di un miglioramento energetico dell'edificio, le quali misure maggiori non determineranno carico urbanistico fino ad un massimo di cm.25 per le pareti e la copertura e di 15 cm per gli elementi orizzontali intermedi. Parere positivo sul provvedimento è arrivato anche dalla Commissione Ambiente del Senato e anche dalle Regioni, che avevano subordinato il parere favorevole all’obbligo di redazione di nuovi piani paesaggistici e del &lt;em&gt;carattere non vincolante del parere della Soprintendenza&lt;/em&gt; ai fini del rilascio dell’autorizzazione paesaggistica. Entrambe le condizioni sono state accolte dal Governo. La "sanatoria" catastale ha scadenza il giorno 8 di marzo del corrente anno, per cui i tempi sono veramente stretti. Il problema che si pone in una situazione come questa è senza dubbio quello relativo alla volontà del proprietaio di non accatstare l'immobile quando questo non è realizzato con licenza edilizia. E' inutile parlare di sanatorie quando comunque l'immobile urbanisticamente non esiste. Detto questo tale situazione è rivolta a quel tipo di fabbricati non deruralizzati o quanto meno con mancati accatastamenti a seguito di licenze edilizie. (Fattispecie relativa alla realizzazione di una piscina)" (Cassazione Penale Sez. III, 29 novembre 2000, n. 12288). Ancora in un passato più prossimo la stessa Cassazione ha confermato che "costituiscono lavori edilizi necessitanti il preventivo rilascio della concessione (ora sostituita dal permesso di costruire a seguito dell'entrata in vigore del D.P.R. 6 giugno 2001 n. 380) non soltanto quelli per la realizzazione di manufatti che si elevano al di sopra del suolo, ma anche quelli in tutto o in parte interrati e che trasformano in modo durevole l'area impegnata dai lavori stessi. (Fattispecie nella quale la Corte ha ritenuto necessaria la preventiva concessione per la realizzazione di una piscina)". (Cassazione Penale Sez. Tali impianti si stanno lentamente integrando nella nostra architettura del paesaggio, mediante l'utilizzo di pannelli con tipologie di ultima generazione.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Certamente non ancora concepita la tecnologia a livello privato "uso domestico" , ma solo ad oggi sotto forma di un investimento. La spinta che ha portato a questa scelta di proposizione di un progetto, è senza dubbio, uno spirito di servizio alla nostra città, che viviamo giorno per giorno.
